Centred around a People Registry application containing relevant member and resident information, AIS is a secure computerized database and software tool for delivering individual department programs, facilitating your workflow, and generating the reports you need.

Can I purchase and install AIS for just one department?
Yes, AIS is modular. Other departments can be added at any time, if you choose.
Can I access information and operate on a mobile as well as in the office?
Yes, if you can access the internet and your Indigenous Community’s network you can use your system anywhere.
Can AIS be integrated with my accounting system?
Yes, our software interfaces with most popular accounting systems in use in Indigenous Communities, or we can develop an interface if need be.
Is Help available?
Yes the AIS Help Centre is located in our office in Saskatoon and serves clients from coast to coast. Personnel know your installation and are backed up by our own programmers and product specialists within the same facility.
Is AIS easy to use?
We utilize the latest technology standards and tools, so navigation is smooth and data entry and look up is efficient.
What if we have staff changes?
We will either supplement training received internally, or offer a full training session(s) covering all aspects of the system’s functionality and reporting.
